Yes this is sad because Doug Cliffords nickname was Cosmo.

Nerdistmonk adds: Not only was his name cosmo, but the building was named after clifford, it was CCR rehearsal space, thus cosmos factory, I think you have it backwards hehe

As far as I know "DUCKEES" market is still standing and in business. It appeared on the cover of Willy And The Poorboys.

Duck Kee is in Oakland, at the corner of Hollis and Peralta. Visited it a couple of times already. Watch out, it's a dangerous neighborhood right now....
