EYE OF THE ZOMBIE

A couple days ago i was at a record store called Buzzo's in Geneseo,NY and i picked up a copy of john fogerty's eye of the zombie. there is a gold stamp in the upper right corner tat reads "LENT FOR PROMOTINIAL USE ONLY. ANY SALE OR UNAUTHERIZED TRANSFER IS PROHIBITED AND VOID.SUBJECT TO RETURN ON DEMAND BY OWNER.ACCEPTANCE OF THIS RECORD CONSTITUATES AGREEMENT TO THE ABOVE.
the record itself is in great shape, no sratces in vynal. inner sleeve intact. the cover itself is in amazing shape, no ringwear. a triangular sticker on the front gives the title in a strange yellow font on black backround. a similar sticker on the pack gives track listing, barcode and copyrigt info. Anyone know what this is worth?
