John Fogerty's Kustom Amp

Does anybody know How John Fogerty hooked up both of his heads to his Kustom 2x15 cabinet?

Those old cabinets only had one speaker jack in the back and if you look at live footage he doesn't have the two heads daisy chained through the high and low inputs.

also, why did he use two heads?
