An observation
I know the long-running feud between band members is complicated on a lot of levels, but cutting thru the B.S., doesn't it seem like Tom, Stu and Doug were/are the good guys and John, the dick? While inarguably talented, he also comes across as very stubborn, unforgiving and petulant. John's showing up of Stu and Doug at the Hall of Fame ceremony was a particularly huge black eye on his character.

John I believe felt that as long at the band was enjoying such success, the other band mates should accept his leadership and decisions. Tom, Stu and Doug felt they should have more of a say in the decisions that affected all of them and I believe also wanted to play a bigger part in the music that was created. From what I remember, John wanted none of it. Anyway, whoever is more right or wrong, it is all long ago now. CCR was a great band in their day, and continue to be. Their moment in the sun was all to brief.
