Oakland Coliseum: Early 70's
Greetings All!
Writer/researcher wants to verify dates on which CCR played the Coliseum in Oakland, CA in 1971 or '72. The opening act was Tony Joe White---a "one-hit-wonder" with "Polk Salad Annie." That tour schedule contained the date I was seeking. The performance I saw must have been in October of '71. Just out of curiosity . . . are there any other '71 grads of Ygnacio Valley High in Concord watching? Gary in Arizona
