Which band members were conscripted to Vietnam and

Which band members were conscripted to Vietnam and did any serve? Do you have the dates?

Well, none of them served in Vietnam. Although, John (the lead singer/lead guitarist) was drafted into the Army in around 65' or 66'. Somehow he managed to serve in the Army Reserve for his duty. He got his honorable discharge in 67'. Doug (the drummer) was drafted into the Coast Guard and got his discharge in 67' too. So none of them served in Vietnam. But I have a feeling that if they didn't get there discharge when they did, I think they would have been sent to Vietnam. Luckly they weren't!!! Well, I hope this answers your question. Yup, had they gone to Vietnam, it could have ended before it started. Thank goodness for music fans everywhere such was not the case
