i don't know, sounds political with the "five year plan and new deals" line coming before.

stuff that you know is bad (could be money, politcal power, possessions, drugs etc) that you know is bad or from a bad source but you like what it does so you don't want to give it up? (my 2 cents)

Personally, I think this is a Great Tune. However, I feel that money, politcal power, possessions, drugs etc, considering that these were strange times for all.
