Default Found Unusual 1970 Tour / Royal Albert Hall Concert Souvenir

At a garage sale today I found what appears to be an original press kit/handout for the 1970 Royal Albert Hall performances (see photos). It's essentially a 12-page "newspaper" (14-1/4" x 22-11/16") with a cover that is identical to the concert posters for the tour. The bottom panel is printed with the RAH concert dates. I'd rate the condition as "Very Good" (some slight foxing here and there and slight discoloration in a couple of spots, but bright and very displayable). I have searched high and low on the internet but can find no reference to such an item. And the only posters I see are reproductions that are considerably smaller. Just wondering how unusual/rare this item might be. Any information would be appreciated.
