The song you are refering to is called "No Sugar Tonight" by The Guess Who, who was popular about the same time as CCR.

But perhaps he is referring to Ramble Tamble, my favorite CCR song.... I love how they play around with the music like that. What do you all think?

Yuppers, "No sugar tonight/New Mother Nature" was the last song on the first side of the "American Woman" album by The Guess Who. An outstanding and EXTREMELY talented group of the 60's and early 70's.

Yes...I think Ramble Tamble is CCR's best song, hands down. I never get tired of hearing it. And I've played it a lot..lol.
