"willy goes into a dance and doubles on gazoo".
I'm from Finland and I've never heard that word before, what does it mean?

the word refered to is Kazoo. I'm not shure if this word is used in Finland, but a Kazoo is a small, plastic instrument that makes a noise simalar to a duck quaking.

Hi, there !!
Yes, that's exactly a kazoo... not to be seen on a regular basis
within rockbands, but somewhat popular among one-man-bands,
often combined with harmonica. You might have never heard of
Edoardo Bennato: he's a very well-known writer-singer over here
in Italy, playing guitar+harmonica+kazoo... and the kazoo was a
real trademark of his first albums in the early seventies... really
worth listening if you manage to find them...
Bye
