Default Graveyard Train

I was curious as to the meaning and origin of "Graveyard Train." It's one of my all time favorite songs, and it has such a spooky sound to it. Does anyone know if the lyrics refer to a real event? Did JCF have a particular tragedy in mind or was it a general song about life and death?
