I'm looking for the song by Creedence Clearwater Revival called ,"Take A Load Off, Sally".
Does anyone know where I can locate it?

Actually, that song was done by an Arkansas band called: The Band. They played Memphis and Mississippi juke joints, and performed with Bob Dylan, George Harrison and others during the 60's and 70's. Google out The Band and you will find your data. For other interesting Arkansas rock, check out Black Oak, Arkansas (The Knowbody Else). They have a similar raw but interesting style.

I'm looking for a song (hope this is right) called "Polk Salad Annie". CCR prob. would have done a newer version of the original.

Allritey then..."Take a load off FANNY" are lyrics from The Band's "The Weight", which can be found on the "Music from Big Pink" Album, which was recorded with Bob Dylan. Polk Salad Annie was written and performed by Tony Joe White. One of those great one hit wonders.

If the whole world could hear this song there would be no war or suffering.
