The Lost Fogerty Album: Hoodoo

For those who never got to hear the album, here is a link to the whole thing

(copy of the master tape that was allegedly destroyed in the late 70's)

This thread is a small memorial to the fallen album, the lost tape, and those who actually like it (i finally beared down and listened to it for the first time tonight, had it for a while but it was like E.T for the Atari, i wasn't brave enough to play it.)

I think if John added another song or two - to get the time above 30 minutes - Asylum Records would not have objected to it. There are some real gems on there.

hoodoo is gone forever, this duplicated demo tape is all we got left.
(and jcf would likely wish it did not exist either)

it hasn't been, its a bootleg, thus my joke.

When john ordered the hoodoo mastertapes destroyed, it didn't stop someone from running off a copy of the tape before taking a razorblade to the original.
