Vietnam Veterans: Still Coming Home

Hey Folks,
I am new to this site but have always been a fan of CCR. After six years of interviewing Vietnam Combat Veterans, I am about to publish their 31 stories covering their lives before, during, and after Vietnam.

A question to anyone who might be in the know, I would like to start my introduction video for the book with about 12 seconds of the classic Run Through the Jungle. How do I secure permission to use these 12 seconds of audio? Also, if any of you know of another CCR recording that might fit well let me know.

Finally, all of the proceed from the sale of the book will go to Veterans Service Organizations. If any of you are interested in the book and this site allows of linkage to our website I will provide a link as soon as we are up and running.

Cheers,
Dr. Steve

Well this is a fan forum for CCR, as CCR no longer exists officially, we are not affiliated with them.

Your best bet would be to get in contact with Concord Music Group who currently owns CCR's library.

Thank you for your good help. I was redirected from the Concord Music Company to the Bicycle Music Company who now owns the library.

Cheers,

Dr. Steve
