This is Tom Fogerty's first album released shortly after leaving Creedence. It doesn't have the "CCR" sound but it is a very listenable album. I don't believe the album received much promotion by Fantasy when it was released - but then Fantasy had trouble promoting CCR as well since they didn't fit into the jazz mold Fantasy was familiar with. The Tom Fogerty album was released as a CD several years ago along with the Excalibur album.
