I was wondering what kind of guitar Tom fogerty used that kind of looked like a gibson es-335 or something.

His main guitar from '68 to early '69 (first two albums) was a Rickenbacker 360 O.S. (O.S.= Old Style, so it had the 330 body shape but with deluxe features).
He then bought two Guild Starfire IV's (one brown and one white), which were his main guitars through the rest of Creedence. He had an acoustic too, a Fender Kingman. Last edited by dutchccr; 02.11.2010 at 17:17. |
