Default CCR Box Set 2001

Does anyone know if the CCR Box set from 2001 has the same remastering as the 20 bit remasters or is the box set a new remastering? Thanks!

Yes they are the same, that 20bit stuff is just a gimmick as a cd is 16bits and cannot by design go any higher, so they are converted back to 16bits during the final mastering.

The boxset is the definitive version by far.

It's just becuase when i rip my music and put it on iTunes, i like to label if an album was remastered and what year. Like AC/DC "Back in Black" would have the info "2003 Remaster". I wanted to do the same for this box set. So should i label the box set 2000 Remasters or 2001 Remasters? Thanks again.

The 2001 box set would be labeled a 2001 remaster
